Issue the Hawaii County Senior Citizens ID card, which offers discounts from various business establishments; and Providing you with other key services, such as in-home chore (which includes light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning, cooking, shopping assistance, personal care, running errands, escort, etc.), transportation, friendly visiting, letter reading/writing, translating/interpreting, counseling, financial affairs, housing assistance, client advocacy and outreach activities.
Applications must be made in person at any one of the following Hawai’i County Driver’s Licensing Offices: Hilo or Kailua-Kona
