Description:
Healthcare program for low-income HI residents ineligible for coverage from their employers. This managed
care program allows the participant to choose from participating medical and dental plans to get the right
coverage.
Eligibility: Hawaii workers who are not eligible for coverage from their employers. Currently, those 65+, blind
or disabled are not eligible for QUEST, but may qualify for Medicaid.
The QUEST program ended on December 31, 2014. The Med-QUEST Division’s (MQD) new program is called QUEST Integration. Please refer to the QUEST Integration section of the website for information about MQD programs after January 1, 2015.
