Description of Services: Uses lifeline equipment, no long term contacts, month to month service. Open seven days a week. ---Medication Dispenser System: Personally monitored medication and health reminder service dispensers medications in pill containers several times a day, if not taken an automatice phone call is made to the family caregivers and monitoring system. Fees: $50 Enrollment fee, $37 each month, $75 per month for the Medication Dispenser System, $47 each month for additional medication and/or health wellness reminder services.
