Services: Offers social and health services for Native Hawaiian elders. Services include: 1) Education support services. 2) Information and referral services. 3) Recreation and support services. 4) Tranpsortation services. 5) Nutrition, health, daily congregate meals, limited home delivered meals, health screening, and assessment. 6) Hawaiian culture activies (language, hula, arts, crafts, history). Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 1 pm (times may vary). Eligibility: Native Hawaiian; 60+. Application process: appointment required. Documentation needed: ID or proof of age, evidence of Hawaiian ancestry. Languages: English, Hawaiian.
