The Coordinated Services for the Elderly Program provides a comprehensive and coordinated services for older adults 60 years and older. The program is responsible for providing information & assistance, outreach, in-home chore, transportation and other support services, which promotes maximum independence, optimum health, personal dignity and self-enrichment for older individuals.
