CareResource Hawaii is a nonprofit organization & joint venture of the Kuakini and The Queen's Health
Systems.
They provide a wide variety of home health services, including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social worker, and personal care in the comfort of your own home. All services are initiated through physician orders and certain eligibility criteria need to be met. While all of our CareResource Hawaii branches are licensed as home health agencies, Medicare certified services are only provided at the Oahu branch and neighbor island branches provide nursing but not rehab services.
